Simple Cheese Tart ~ / 芝士塔

This is quite simple to make ~but also took me sometimes with it ~caused ima dumb in baking ~ XD
Let's try this when you are craving for some cheesy dessert XD ( I didn't add in lemon juice and blue berry due to forget to buy =.='' )
Fun time is begin now XD


Pasty Ingredients ( 饼皮做法  ) :
Margarine ( 菜油 ) - 125gm
Icing Sugar ( 糖粉 ) -  60gm
Egg White ( 蛋白 ) - 1 nos
Vanilla Essence ( 香草香精 ) - 1tsp
Flour ( 面粉 ) - 200gm
Milk Powder ( 奶粉) - 20gm


Method( 做法 ):
1. Beat margarine and icing sugar  until milky creamy color
   将菜油及糖粉搅拌至乳白。
2. Add in egg white and vanilla essence , Lastly fold in flour and milk powder to mix well into pasty dough.
    加入 蛋白和香草香精拌匀,最后拌入面粉及奶粉混和均匀成粉团。
3. Press the pastry dough into tart mould and bake it around 3-5 minutes with 180c. Set aside standby.
    把粉团压入模型内,以180c烘至饼皮稍干,取出备用。

Filling Ingredients ( 馅料做法) :
Cream Cheese ( 奶油芝士 ) -  250gm
Icing Sugar ( 糖粉 ) - 50gm
Butter ( 牛油 ) - 20gm
Lemon Juice ( 柠檬汁 ) - 1/2 tsp
Egg ( 鸡蛋 ) - 1 nos
Blue Berry Puree  蓝莓馅料


Method (做法):
1.Beat the cream cheese,butter and icing sugar  until milky creamy color.
   将奶油芝士,牛油及糖粉搅拌至乳白。
2 Add in egg & lemon juice mix well become batter.
   加入鸡蛋和柠檬汁混和均匀成面糊
3.Pour batter into a piping bag and pipe onto baked tart pasty, and drops dash of  blue berry puree on it,make a pattern via tooth pick. Then ake with 180c until cheese dried up. Set aside let it cooling and chill it for 2 hours. Now you can have it anytime when you craving for it.
将面糊倒入挤袋内,挤在烘好的塔皮上,再以 蓝莓馅料 放面 ,利用牙签轻轻弄出图案。
放入预热烘炉,以180c烘至芝士干,取出待冷,放入冰橱2小时就可享用了。
