きのこホイル焼き /Kinoko Hoiru Yaki / 铝箔烤香菇

This is one of  my favorite Japanese Dishes. You can use it for Barbeque or for normal dining. Remember MUST SERVE IT HOT !!! It's simple to cook and easy to prepare as well !! Yummy ~

Ingredients （ 材料 ） :
Fresh Kinoko Mushroom / 生金针菇 ( cut off bottom part / 根部去掉 )
Fresh Shitake Mushroom / 生香菇( cut slice / 切成片状)
Fresh Oyster Mushroom / 生鲍鱼菇( cut into small pieces / 切小片)
Raw Ginkgo /銀杏/白果 ( Boiled till cook 煮熟待用 )
Pinch of Salt / 一把盐
Butter 2 tbsp / 牛油 ( Use melted butter 溶牛油 for barbeque method )
Japanese Rice Wine 日本米酒 ( Sake ) / 烈酒 ( use Cognac for better taste ) 2tbsp


Method 1 : ( Stir Fry & Bake / 快炒再烤 )
1. Heat up pan and add in 1tbsp butter .
    把平底镬烧热，放入牛油，煮溶它。
2. Stir fry Kinoko Mushroom, Shitake Mushroom, Oyster Mushroom & Ginkgo.
    加入生金针菇,生香菇,生鲍鱼菇,銀杏(白果)快炒.
3. Add in pinch of salt ,slightly stir fry with rice wine added.
    加入盐快炒，最后加入日本米酒 ( Sake )快炒.
4. Pour on top of Foil Paper , add in 1tbsp butter and fold it neat .
    把炒好的食材放在铝箔上，加入牛油，折合。
5. Bake it around 3-5 minutes with oven.( NEVER Use Microwave instead to avoid explosion accident ) 
放进烤箱，烤大概3-5 分钟就可以了。（千万不要放进微波炉,铝箔会引着爆炸）
6. Serve it hot.
    乘热吃。


Method 2 : ( For Barbeque / 烧烤)
1. Add in all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix it well with big spoon .
    把所有食材放进料理碗，用大匙来搅拌均匀。
2. Pour on top of Foil Paper , fold it neat.
    把搅拌均匀的食材放在铝箔上，加入牛油，折合
3. Put on barbeque net and barbeque till foil paper blow like ball shape. ( remember must turning both side )
把它放上烧烤网上烧至铝箔 “卜” 起来。 （ 记得两边都翻来烤哦）
4. Serve it hot.
    乘热吃。

P/S : I love to use salted butter to make it taste better XD.

Chocolate Chips Cookies / 巧可力粒曲奇饼

Chocolate Chips Cookies  / 巧克力粒曲奇饼
Butter  (  牛油 )   - 300gm / 克
Sugar ( 白糖 )      - 150gm / 克
Brown Sugar ( 红糖 ) - 150gm / 克
Salt （ 盐 ） - 5gm / 克
Egg （ 鸡蛋 ）- 150gm / 克
Vanilla Essence ( 香草精 ）- 1/4 tsp
Flour （ 面粉 ）- 500gm / 克
Baking Powder （发粉）- 10gm/ 克
Soda （苏打粉）- 25gm/ 克
Chocolate Chips ( 巧克力粒 ) - 300gm/ 克



Method (做法):

1. Cream butter, sugar, salt until fluffy, add in eggs & vanilla essence, continue creaming then add in flour mixture.

将牛油,白糖,红糖,盐搅拌均匀加入鸡蛋和香草精混和,加入面粉，发粉和苏打粉均匀成面糊。

2. Finally fold in chocolate chips , portion with table spoon into baking tray and bake at 190c for 15 minute.

加入巧克力粒混和均匀，利用汤匙掏放在烤盘上,以190c 烤15分钟.

International Cocktail / 国際的なカクテル/国际调酒 Part 3

Wow ~ i really addicted with cocktail mixing~ i love it so much ~and hope your guys will continue support my cocktails in future XD !! Let's start our recipe now.

                                                                   Dry Martini

Ingredients :

45ml Gin

2drops of  Dry Vermouth

Glassware : Martini Glass

Garnish : Olive / Lemon Zest

Method : Stir & Strain ( but i prefer build and slightly stir )
1. Pour Gin into shaker then add in 2 drops of Dry Vermouth.
2. Stir it and strain into chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with Lemon Zest or Olive.

                                                       Strawberry Margarita

Ingredients:

45ml Tequila

15ml Lime Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

3nos Fresh Strawberry

Glassware : Jumbo Champagne Saucer

Garnish : Strawberry

Method : Blend
1. Pour Tequila, Triple Sec, Lime Juice , Grenadine and Strawberry into Blender Jug.
2. Add in Crushed Ice and Blend into Ice-Blended.
3.Pour into Jumbo Champagne Saucer.
4. Garnish with nos of strawberry on the rim of glass.

                                                                Whisky Sour

45ml Whisky

30ml Lime Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

Glassware: Champagne Flute/ Martini Glass

Garnish : Lime Slice

Method : Shake and Pour

1. Pour Whisky, Lime Juice and Sugar Syrup into shaker and shake it.
2. Pour in shaken ingredients into ice-filled cocktail glass and top up with Soda water.
3. Garnish with Lime Slice

This topic sound interesting to me and i had come across in this situation ! Don't you agree this situation always happen around us ?? Or may be you has been thru this situation before??

Some of you might not understand what mean by 友達以上, 恋人未满 .

友達以上, 恋人未满 is origin from Japan , it's mean the relationship is more than a friend but yet not lovers relationship

Another word can be use with same meaning is  暧昧 = Ambiguous.

We just human being ~ we control by feeling, and this caused  友達以上, 恋人未满 appear.

 If 友達以上, 恋人未满 relationship is having date as couple for movie or dinner , it's common.
But what if it's happen turn into Sex Affair Relation ?? Does it still consider as 友達以上, 恋人未满 relationship??

For my points of view , having 友達以上, 恋人未满 のSex Affair Relation is totally different from Bed Partner.


Bed Partner can be any stranger that you just meet from club ? from some party?
But 友達以上, 恋人未满 のSex Affair Relation is you knowing him ( her ) was quite some while, he(she ) might be your good friends or closed friends.

The answer shows is Girls can accept this type relationship much more than Guys. 30% from the answer is falling into 友达以上， 恋人未满 のSex Affair Relationship. Sadly only 10% of guys will act like couple while date with ladies. Come On Guys, although just friends, please show your do concern your date , be gentlemen all the time while during date .

Seriously , I do love this type of relationship, it's between black and white , no burden , no commitment .

Honestly , i been thru this relationship once while i still working in Penang , and Karl was great, sunshine guy.  Karl were such an angel come into my life after i break off with my boyfriend. He surely by my side whenever i need help. Movie / Dinner / Hugs / Kisses ?? Yeah , he gave me a beautiful Penang memories.
Sometimes, he came over my condo and we watching movie together while i lay on him, a smoothies given from him surprising me like a couple during movie time or cooking time. Although we just friend and we did not wanted to had more than it. We enjoyed all the time being together until i met my ex jerk husband.

Seriously , i don't mind to go wild with him if we could make it happen ( there lots of chance we can making out ) , but we can't , due he is somebody tied up with his religions . I miss his eye and his hugs that comfort me while i lonely during at night ( Overnight at my place,Squeezing on same bed ) .  We did whatever couple did, expect rolling on bed.

International Cocktail / 国際的なカクテル/国际调酒 Part 2

Well ~ There will be another 3 international cocktails recipe today ~

All are just simple and easy make cocktail XD , all you need to prepare is ingredients and equipment only .

                                      Singapore Sling

Ingredients :

30ml Gin

15ml Cherry Brandy

10ml Dom Benedictine

15ml Grenadine

15ml Lime Juice

45ml Pineapple Juice

Top with Soda Water

Glassware: Cocktail Glass

Garnish : Cherry , Pineapple, Mint's leave

Method : Shake

1. Pour Gin, Cherry Brandy , Dom Benedictine, Lime Juice, Pineapple Juice and Grenadine into shaker and shake it.
2. Pour in shaken ingredients into ice-filled cocktail glass and top up with Soda water.
3. Garnish with Cherry, Pineapple and Mint's Leaves

                                          Cosmopolitan 

Ingredients :

30ml Vodka

15ml Triple Sec

15ml Lime Juice

30ml Cranberry Juice

Glassware : Martini Glass

Garnish: Lime Wedge / Lemon Zest

Method : Shake & Strain 

1. Add few ice cube into Martini Glass to chill it.

2. Pour Vodka, Triple Sec, Lime Juice, Cranberry Juice into shaker and shake it.

3. Throw off ice cube from martini glass, pour in shaken ingredients into chilled martini glass with strainer.

4. Garnish with Lime Wedge or Lemon Zest on the rim.

                                            Margarita

Ingredients:

45ml Tequila

15ml Triple Sec

30ml Lime Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

Glassware : Salted Rim Margarita Glassware

Garnish : Lime Slice

Method : Shake & Strain 

1. Dip Margarita rim into lime juice and salt coated the rim.

2. Pour Tequila, Triple Sec, Lime Juice, Sugar Syrup into shaker and shake it.

3. Pour in shaken ingredients into Salted Rim Margarita glass with strainer.

4. Garnish with Lime Slice on the rim.

International Cocktail / 国際的なカクテル/国际调酒 Part 1

Cocktails are famous around overseas but not in Malaysia. I'm a cocktail's lover ( of cause i do drink neat sometimes ) , what bout you?? Do you like to drink cocktail during clubbing or partying? 

Well , I DO BELIEVE there's fans of cocktails in malaysia ( Imma a big fan of it ). Some of you might need cocktail's recipe during special occasion. Hope my recipe will help you when you need it.

                                                         Long Island Tea

Ingredients :
15ml Gin
15ml Vodka
15ml Rum
15ml Tequila
15ml Triple Sec
15ml Lime Juice
Splash of Coke


Glassware : Collin Glass
Garnish: Lemon Slice

Method : Build
1. Pour Gin, Vodka, Rum, Tequila, Triple Sec and Lime Juice into Collin Glass.
2. Top up with Ice and Coke.
3. Garnish with slice of lemon / 1 nos of cherry .



                                           White Russian

Ingredients :

30ml Vodka
15ml Kahlua
60ml Milk

Glassware : Rock Glass
Garnish : Cherry
 
Method: Build
1. Pour Vodka and Kahlua into Rock Glass.
2. Add in few cubes of ice.
3. Add in Milk and drop a nos cherry in it.



                                       Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients:
45ml Light Rum
15ml Triple Sec
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Grenadine
3nos Fresh Strawberry


Glassware : Jumbo Champagne Saucer
Garnish : Strawberry

Method : Blend
1. Pour Light Rum, Triple Sec, Lime Juice , Grenadine and Strawberry into Blender Jug.
2. Add in Crushed Ice and Blend into Ice-Blended.
3.Pour into Jumbo Champagne Saucer.
4. Garnish with nos of strawberry on the rim of glass.

" Gun & Run " Shooter & " First Love " Cocktail

This is my own recipe , it's might not suitable for some people , but i really love this minty spicy taste ~ haha

"Gun & Run " is what in my mind when  it's hit my tongue like gun fire follow by chilling mint running around in my body . Lets try this out ~

" GUN & RUN "
Ingredients :
15ml Peppermint ( Green )
Few Dashes of  Tabasco Sauce ( You may add more tabasco if you want taste the power of spicy )
15ml Vodka


Method : Build In
1. Pour in Peppermint ( Green ) into shot glass.
2. Slowly add in dashes of tabasco on top of Peppermint ( Green ) with using back of spoon to make it layer.
3. Top up with Vodka with using back of spoon to make it layer.


Glassware :
Shot Glass

First Love

Ingredients :
15ml Cognac
45ml Light Rum
10ml Sugar Syrup
22.5ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Grenadine Syrup
Top Up Sprite

Method : Shake and Build
1. Shake Cognac , Rum , Sugar Syrup,Grenadine Syrup and Fresh Lime Juice.
2. Pour into Collin Glass ( filled with crushed ice ) .
3. Top up with sprite .

Glassware :
Collin Glass

Simple Cheese Tart ~ / 芝士塔

This is quite simple to make ~but also took me sometimes with it ~caused ima dumb in baking ~ XD

Let's try this when you are craving for some cheesy dessert XD ( I didn't add in lemon juice and blue berry due to forget to buy =.='' )
Fun time is begin now XD


Pasty Ingredients ( 饼皮做法  ) :
Margarine ( 菜油 ) - 125gm
Icing Sugar ( 糖粉 ) -  60gm
Egg White ( 蛋白 ) - 1 nos
Vanilla Essence ( 香草香精 ) - 1tsp
Flour ( 面粉 ) - 200gm
Milk Powder ( 奶粉) - 20gm


Method( 做法 ):
1. Beat margarine and icing sugar  until milky creamy color
   将菜油及糖粉搅拌至乳白。
2. Add in egg white and vanilla essence , Lastly fold in flour and milk powder to mix well into pasty dough.
    加入 蛋白和香草香精拌匀，最后拌入面粉及奶粉混和均匀成粉团。
3. Press the pastry dough into tart mould and bake it around 3-5 minutes with 180c. Set aside standby.
    把粉团压入模型内，以180c烘至饼皮稍干，取出备用。

Filling Ingredients ( 馅料做法) :
Cream Cheese ( 奶油芝士 ) -  250gm
Icing Sugar ( 糖粉 ) - 50gm
Butter ( 牛油 ) - 20gm
Lemon Juice ( 柠檬汁 ) - 1/2 tsp
Egg ( 鸡蛋 ) - 1 nos
Blue Berry Puree  蓝莓馅料


Method (做法):
1.Beat the cream cheese,butter and icing sugar  until milky creamy color.
   将奶油芝士，牛油及糖粉搅拌至乳白。
2 Add in egg & lemon juice mix well become batter.
   加入鸡蛋和柠檬汁混和均匀成面糊
3.Pour batter into a piping bag and pipe onto baked tart pasty, and drops dash of  blue berry puree on it,make a pattern via tooth pick. Then ake with 180c until cheese dried up. Set aside let it cooling and chill it for 2 hours. Now you can have it anytime when you craving for it.
将面糊倒入挤袋内，挤在烘好的塔皮上，再以 蓝莓馅料 放面 ，利用牙签轻轻弄出图案。
放入预热烘炉，以180c烘至芝士干，取出待冷，放入冰橱2小时就可享用了。

灰蒙蒙的天空，第一次在上课发呆。。犹豫着该不该拒绝你（毕竟你的花名在外实在太响亮了， 我可高攀不起，免的被一票娘子军追杀。。。）抚心自问，自己要样貌没样貌， 要身材没身材，本小姐有的只是粗鲁和暴力行为 (小黑和Ninja　一直投诉我挺暴力 )　你到底看上我那一点了？？

直到小黑推一推我肩膀，我才拉回我的思维。。“大姐，你和他那天看戏发生了什么事？有人说看到你们甜甜蜜蜜哦～他们还打赌你在一个星期内被他吃抹干净了就把你甩了。。外面传的很乱了。。是不是真的？？” Ninja问我。“不可能的啦，大姐都还没答应交往”小黑反驳。我沉默不语（心想：要传就传个够吧。。与我无关，清者自清。。）

才刚踏出校门又被一群无聊人堵着，同班友族男生也特意过来问我需要帮忙吗？我笑笑说”Terima kasih，tak payah, hal kecil je,saya boleh handle seorang”（TMD，大家是否太久没运动了？拳头在痒了？？）

“喂，听说你和他交往，是吗？”女生A，　“@$*&#@,你干吗这么不要脸，连我们大姐的男友都要抢？我告诉你，他玩你而己，你哪一点比的上我们的大姐？？像个男人婆一样的丑八怪”女生B呛声。　我叫了小黑过来帮我传话给她们在前面小屋慢慢谈（我才没那么笨在校门外破坏我在师长们心中的好学生型像）我直接推开她们，从容的走过去。。

我坐在椅子上等待。。对方到了，也开始骂起来了。。（实在太吵了）我站起来把椅子大力的摔在桌上，脱下校裙咆哮“那一位要上来和我打一场？？过来啊！快过来　”全部都目瞪口呆望着我。。

小黑和Ninja抱着我，叫我冷静因为她们是女生不能用拳头对待的。。太迟了。。女生B冲了过来要掴我，我直接把Ninja摔向女生B还不停的把脚狠狠踢向她的腹部，小黑知道我控制不了自己（他也给摔倒了），再次冲了过来把我抱着紧紧，叫她们全部离开。。Ninja也赶她们走。。（小黑和Ninja太清楚我的疯狂的另一面，我只要看到对方见红，我就越打越起劲，越下越狠手。）

你来了，你把我从小黑怀里拉开，抱着我，并让我把拳头挥在你的腹部泄恨。（当我冷静下来了，我才注意到小黑和Ninja的手臂瘀青了，小黑的右眼肿了起来。。真的非常抱歉哦。。　=.=””””）

你一直向我道歉，你说你会澄清所有流言，也会解决所有事情。我当着小黑和Ninja盘问你到底喜欢上我哪一点，为什么一定要追求我，有什么目的！！你沉默不语一会儿，只说了“当我解决所有事情后，我会当着全部人告诉你为甚么，我现在只能告诉你我是真心爱着你，真心守护你，真心要和你交往！！”

你当着小黑和Ninja面前搂着我，和我热吻（我的初吻就给你夺去了）。。。。。。。。

再一次，你牵起我的手陪我一起回家。。我们四个人一路上笑笑闹闹直到我家门口。。

再一次轻轻吻了我额头。小黑和Ninja也在一旁陪闹着。说了再见，看着我入门后，你们才离去。至少你温暖的怀抱和宠溺的眼神已清楚让我感受到你所付出的爱。。。。

Flaming Lamborghini or B52 ??

My favorite flaming cocktails in Malaysia's club is Flaming Lamborghini and B52 . This 2 cocktails are famous around the world , although there is some recipe come with different measurement or ingredients from all bartenders/bar maid around the world, but you can make this at home if you have complete range of liquors in your custody, and glassware as well.

                    Flaming Lamborghini a.k.a Flaming Tower 

Ingredients :
30ml Kahlua
30ml Blue Curacao
30ml Galliano
30ml Baileys Irish Cream
30ml Barcadi 151 or Sambuca

Glassware :
Martini Glass
Shot Glass
Brandy Snifter
( and other glass ware if you want to build in tower )

Method :
1.Build Blue Curacao,Kahlua and Galliano into Martini Glass with layer.
2.Pour Baileys into Shot Glass.
3.Pour Barcadi 151 or Sambuca into Brandy Snifter. 
4.Flame up Barcadi 151 or Sambuca then pour into Martini Glass while your guest is sucking mixed liquor with straw. Pour in Baileys when it's almost finish.

Ingredients :
10ml Kahlua
10ml Baileys Irish Cream
10ml Grand Marnier

Glassware :

Shot Glass

Method :
1.Build Kahlua, Baileys and Grand Marnier  into Shot Glass with layer.
4.Flame up Grand Marnie and Serve to your guest.
